Payment is due in full at the time of service unless other arrangements are made in writing in advance. We accept major credit/debit cards and other approved payment methods. A service fee may apply for returned payments or chargebacks.
5. Cancellation & Rescheduling
We understand things come up. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
6. SMS/Text Messaging
By submitting your phone number and opting into SMS updates, you consent to receive service notifications, appointment reminders, and promotional messages from DWH.

7. Warranty & Liability
DWH provides a limited labor warranty as outlined at the time of installation or service. Product warranties are honored based on the manufacturer’s terms.

- Damages caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs.
- Issues unrelated to the specific product or service we provided.
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
